In response to similar legislation (HB 961), officials from the Office of Attorney General (AGO) state that additional costs arising from this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.
Assumption pertaining specifically to the portion of the proposal relating to property exchange between the State of Missouri and the City of Lexington:
Officials from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) noted that this bill would authorize a land trade between the DNR - Division of State Parks and the City of Lexington.
