Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Missouri Veterans' Commission assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agency.



Officials from the Office of the Attorney General did not respond to our request for fiscal impact, however, Oversight assumes the AGO could approve as to form the instrument of conveyance with existing resources.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



This proposal would have a fiscal impact to Spectra Communications Group of Kansas City.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal authorizes the Missouri Veterans Commission to convey a portion of land to be used as an easement for Spectra Communications Group of Kansas City.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
