No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal revises the Energy Set-Aside Program Fund. Any fees or interest earned on this fund may be spent for the administration of the department's energy responsibilities and activities rather than being restricted for the administration of loan programs.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
