DESCRIPTION
This act provides that each major political party give the Governor a list of four candidates to choose from when appointing new members to a Board of Election Commissioners.
Areas with Boards of Election Commissioners are the cities of St. Louis and Kansas City and the counties of Clay, Jackson, Platte and St. Louis.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
