DESCRIPTION



This proposal provides that any interested and affected entity may appeal the granting or denial of any water pollution permit required under Chapter 644, RSMo, or any condition in such a permit.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
