ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Missouri National Guard assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
In response to similar legislation from last session, officials from the Office of Attorney General, the Newton County Assessor, and the City of Joplin assumed the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal allows the Missouri National Guard and the City of Joplin to exchange two parcels of property, both approximately 1.1 acres in size.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program, and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
