FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



The score on any assessment test of any student for whom English is a second language would not be counted until the student has been educated for five full school years in a school in which English is the primary language.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. The proposal would not affect Total State Revenue.
