DESCRIPTION
This proposal establishes a hearing process for St.Louis Police Officers who are subject to removal by the Board of Police Commissioners. The proposal allows the Board to set the number of officers that are to be hired within each rank.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
