Officials from the University of Missouri (UM) assume the University would incur no additional costs as a result of this proposal.



Officials from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DES) assume this proposal would result in reallocation of local school funding from the State School Moneys Fund and that the net effect of this proposal would be zero.
