Officials from the Department of Economic Development - Public Service Commission (PSC), Department of Economic Development - Office of Public Counsel (OPC), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Office of Administration - Division of Design and Construction (D&C) , Office of Administration - Division of Facilities Management (DFM) and the State Tax Commission assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.

DESCRIPTION



This act allows a municipality to use condemnation in order to construct or acquire natural gas service.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program, and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
