FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



The proposed legislation would have an impact on small business as it waives state supersedeas bond requirements for small business organized and doing business under the laws of this state.



DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation eliminates a portion of certain appeal bonds.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
