No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
An institution of higher education would not disclose to a parent or guardian of any student any information regarding any violation of federal, state or local law or rule or any rule or policy of such institution governing the use or possession of alcohol or a controlled substance if the student is at least eighteen years of age.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
