No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation declares that rules of the Missouri Supreme Court must comply with the provisions of the Missouri Constitution and Missouri law. Rule 6.05, relating to circuit court rules, is void because these rules are the prerogative of the local circuits. The proposal has an emergency clause.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
