ASSUMPTION



Officials from the Coordinating Board For Higher Education (CBHE) assume the proposal would result in no fiscal impact to the agency since the proposal would only affect the University of Missouri. CBHE officials assume the proposal would be unlikely to impact the University of Missouri since it is currently allowed to charge educational fees, as opposed to "tuition".



Officials from the University of Missouri assume the proposal would result in no additional costs to the university.
