It is expected that small businesses could have a direct fiscal impact as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would prohibit the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts from issuing a license to practice as a physical therapist assistant or allowing any person to sit for the Missouri state board examination for physical therapist assistants who has failed three or more times after August 28, 2000, any physical therapist assistant licensing examination. It would also remove the examination exemption for legally qualified residents of the state who were actively engaged in practice as physical therapist assistants on August 28, 1993
This proposal would not affect Total State Revenues.
