FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



Consumer reporting agencies that are small businesses could be fiscally impacted by this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



The proposal would require consumer reporting agencies to provide a copy of a credit report to the consumer each time a report is furnished to a potential creditor.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
