No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



The proposal would require the academic performance of charter school students to be considered to the same extent as other resident students in the school district based on the Missouri School Improvement Program review of the school district.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
