Officials of the following agencies assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact: Office of the Attorney General, Office of State Courts Administrator, Department of Economic Development, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Transportation, Department of Mental Health, Department of Natural Resources, Department of Agriculture, Department of Health, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Department of Social Services, Department of Public Safety, House of Representatives, Department of Insurance, Office of Administration, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Office of the State Auditor, State Tax Commission, and the Office of Prosecution Services.
