This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews: reaction to the governor’s annual budget address to lawmakers, commonly referred to as the State of the State; Senate Bill 72, legislation that seeks to create provisions relating to illegal aliens; Senate Bill 6, a measure that would modify and create new provisions relating to electric utilities; Senate Bill 111, which would designate September as "Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month"; Senate Bill 66 and Senate Bill 631, both of which would modify provisions relating to the age of marriage; and Senate Bills 52 & 44, legislation that would modify provisions relating to the operation of certain law enforcement agencies.
