Jefferson City — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews Senate Bill 100, a measure that seeks to create and modify provisions relating to gold and silver; Senate Bill 21, legislation that would modify the duration of unemployment benefits, based on the unemployment rate; Senate Bills 4, 42 & 89, which would modify provisions regarding elementary and secondary education; and  House Joint Resolution 43, which — upon voter approval — would modify provisions for constitutional amendments.
