Jefferson City — The press conference scheduled for today at 11:00 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda, hosted by State Sen. Jill Carter with Sen. Bill Eigel and House handler Rep. Bennie Cook to discuss Senate Joint Resolution 42, has been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
