Senator Sandy Crawford's Capitol Report for the Week of Jan. 30

Thursday, February 2, 2023

This week, three of my bills were heard in committee. The Missouri Senate Insurance and Banking Committee, which I chair, heard two of these proposals. Senate Bill 13 would modify provisions relating to financial institutions. Senate Bill 101 seeks to enact provisions relating to lender-placed insurance.

The Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil & Criminal Jurisprudence Committee heard Senate Bill 103, which would modify the expiration dates for provisions relating to court automation. I look forward to these bills being voted out of committee and moving forward through the process.

I am honored to serve as your senator in the Missouri Senate. If, at any time, you have questions, concerns or ideas regarding state government, please feel free to contact me at (573) 751-8793 or Sandy.Crawford@senate.mo.gov.
