The highlight of this week was hearing from the governor when he gave his annual State of the State Address. Next week, Senate Appropriations will begin working on our version of the budget.

Also this week, the first committee hearings were held in the Missouri Senate. I will keep you posted on the status of my legislation as we move through session this year.
