February 28, 2025This week, I’d like to talk about the utility omnibus bill, Senate Bill 4. While this bill has many facets to it, the primary goal is to help improve Missouri’s energy infrastructure. It does this by allowing the companies to look forward when determining rates and take into account various improvement projects.
