ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Health and Senior Services assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agency.
Officials from the University of Missouri (UM) state this resolution allows the University (Ellis Fischel Cancer Center) to potentially be able to access Federal monies to further pursue its mission. The UM states the financial impact is not known at this time, however, any potential impact would be positive to the University.
