No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation would provide that a concealed carry endorsement or permit from another state would not authorize a person to carry a concealed firearm within this state.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
