DESCRIPTION
This proposal would require each bill filed in the General Assembly to contain a section stating the purpose or reasoning of the General Assembly in making the law.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. This proposal would not affect Total State Revenue.
