No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act removes the Missouri Wine Marking and Research Council from law and replaces it with the Missouri Wine and Grape Board. Further, the act significantly expands the power of the board. The act establishes the powers and duties of the Board.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
