DESCRIPTION



This act establishes procedures that must be followed concerning an administrative hearing for an employees back pay when such employee has been dismissed or involuntarily demoted for cause.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
