Officials from the Department of Higher Education and Southwest Missouri State University assume this proposal would have no fiscal impact on their organizations.



Oversight assumes that Southwest Missouri State University would sell the described parcel of land for a price at or near market value and that the selling cost would be minimal. This proposal would not result in any change in appropriations or expenditures from any state fund.

DESCRIPTION



This proposal would authorize the Board of Governors of Southwest Missouri State University to sell and convey ownership of a tract of land in Springfield, Missouri.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
