DESCRIPTION



The act authorizes the conveyance of state property known as Highlands I and Highlands II, which is currently operated by the Department of Mental Health in the Kansas City area.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
