DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation would modify the law regarding visitation rights for grandparents.



The proposal would specify that grandparents have the right to file a motion for modification of a dissolution decree to seek visitation rights when:



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
