No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This legislation prohibits recovery of non-economic damages for injuries incurred during certain motor vehicle violations including driving while intoxicated, driving with excessive blood alcohol content, and failure to maintain financial responsibility.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
