FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act provides that any district providing emergency services will be entitled to reimbursement from the special allocation fund in an amount of at least 50% of the district's tax increment but not more than 100%.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
