DESCRIPTION
This act pertains to the Missouri Propane Education and Research Council.
This act modifies the membership requirements for the council; clarifying that members may be appointed to a maximum of two consecutive terms, stating that members filling unexpired terms will not have any partial term of service count against the two-term limitation, and by limiting former members from being reappointed if they have not been members for one year.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
