ASSUMPTION
Officials of the City of Kansas City and the City of Springfield assume no fiscal impact.
Oversight assumes this proposal allows St. Louis County and Jackson County the same authority over the unincorporated areas of the county that cities are granted by Chapter 353, and would have no fiscal impact.
