In response to a previous version of the proposal, officials from the Office of Administration, Division of Budget and Planning, and Division of Design and Construction, assumed the proposal would have no impact on their organizations.



In response to a previous version of the proposal, officials from the University of Missouri assumed the proposal would have no impact on their organization and positive economic impact on the regional economy.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal would provide an authorization for the sale of Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Act bonds for construction projects on several Missouri public university campuses.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
