ASSUMPTION
In response to a previous version of the proposal, officials from the Office of Administration, Division of Accounting, assumed the proposal would authorize the issuance of bonds by the Health and Education Finance Authority and would have no impact on their organization.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would provide an authorization for the sale of Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Act bonds for construction projects on several Missouri public university campuses.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
