Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal can be absorbed with existing resources.



Officials from the Office of Administration - Division of Budget and Planning (BAP) assume this proposal would not result in additional costs or savings to the BAP. BAP assumes this proposal would increase total state revenue.



Officials from the Office of the Governor and the Jackson County did not respond to our request for information.



Because Oversight assumes the state will be conveying property, Oversight assumes no fiscal impact.

DESCRIPTION



The proposal conveys state property, known as the Felix Building, to the Truman Medical Center.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
