ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of State Courts Administrator assume no fiscal impact on the State's Courts.
Oversight assumes this proposal allows existing resources in a Law Library Fund of any County other than a county participating in the nonpartisan court plan, to be used for bonded indebtedness purposes, and would expect no fiscal impact.

DESCRIPTION
The act allows any county other than a county participating in the nonpartisan court plan to use funds for the maintenance and upkeep of a law library to pay debt service on bonds issued by the county for technology enhancement projects
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
