ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of State Courts Administrator assume no fiscal impact on the State's Courts.
Oversight assumes this proposal allows existing resources in the Law Library Fund of Franklin County to be used for bonded indebtedness purposes, and would expect no fiscal impact.
Franklin County Circuit Court and County Clerk did not respond.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The act allows Franklin County to use funds for the maintenance and upkeep of a law library to pay debt service on bonds issued by the county.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
