DESCRIPTION
This legislation requires local zoning authorities to provide just compensation if they require the removal or alteration of a legally erected outdoor advertising structure as condition or prerequisite for issuance or continuance of a permit, license, or other approval.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
