Officials from the University of Missouri assume this proposal would result in a positive unknown fiscal impact to the University.
Oversight has not indicated a fiscal impact in this fiscal note since the proposal would not require a change in an appropriation, nor would it result in revenues or costs to a state fund.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would authorize the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri to enter into a ground lease for land to be developed into a hotel/convention center complex in the City of Columbia.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
