ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Office of the Adjutant General (OTAG) state the proposal would have no direct fiscal impact on the state operations of their agency. OTAG states the proposal will require all General Officers of the Missouri National Guard to serve at the pleasure of the Adjutant General.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal expresses that all general officers shall serve at the pleasure of the Adjutant General.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
