ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Higher Education assume this proposal would have no direct fiscal impact on the Department of Higher Education (DHE). However, it may have an impact on the higher education institution specified due to costs incurred if the institutional mission changes. Further, unknown costs would also be incurred by the institution for changes in signage, stationary, and other related changes.
Officials from Harris-Stowe State College assume that private donations would fund any transitional costs associated with this change.
