Oversight assumes that the cost of preparing copies of the resolution for the President of the United States and Missouri's Congressional delegation would be carried out within current budgets.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would have the Missouri General Assembly urge the United States Congress to reject any recommendations to base postal services on profit or to cut services to any American community.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. This proposal would not affect Total State Revenue.
