Officials from the Department of Transportation (DHT) indicated this proposal would be funded by the St Louis County Council or with private funds, therefore there would be no fiscal impact to DHT.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal designates a portion of State Route 364 in St. Louis County, from Interstate 270 to the Missouri River at the Veterans Memorial Bridge, as the "Buzz Westfall Memorial Highway."
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
