DESCRIPTION



This proposal amends the Uniform Commercial Code. It deals with production-money security interests, provides added definitions, including "production-money crops", "production-money obligation", and "production of crops", and addresses the priority and perfection of security interests and agricultural liens.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
