Officials from Linn State Technical College, the Department of Higher Education, the Metropolitan Community Colleges, and Moberly Area Community College assume this proposal would have no impact on their organizations.



In response to a similar proposal, officials from the St. Louis Community College System assumed the proposal would have no impact on their organization.



Officials from East Central College, North Central Missouri College, State Fair Community College, St. Charles Community College, and the St. Louis Community College System did not respond to our request for information.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal would exclude capital appropriations from the basis for calculating maintenance appropriations for community college district maintenance funds.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
