ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of State Courts Administrator assume no fiscal impact on the State's Courts.
Officials of the Phelps County Circuit Clerk's Office assume no fiscal impact.
The Phelps County Circuit Court assumes the only fiscal impact would come when funds were disbursed.

DESCRIPTION
This act provides that moneys from the law library fund may be used by Phelps County for the payment of guardian ad item fees.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
