Officials from the Department of Transportation (DHT) would hope civic organizations or individual donors would contribute funds to pay a one-time cost for the two signs to be installed. If not, DHT Road Fund will incur a cost of $606.

This proposal designates the portion of Interstate 44 within Webster County as the Edward P. Hubble Memorial Highway.
